Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Biruvi, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition.
• Products should be unworn, unused, and still have tags attached.
• The original packaging must be included.

B. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@biruvi.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the package back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@biruvi.co.uk. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

D. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or the wrong size. To request an exchange, email us at sales@biruvi.co.uk. Please note that delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

E. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

F. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

G. Discounts and Refunds
Refunds will not include discounts that were not applied at checkout. Discounts must be utilized during the original purchase. Retroactive adjustments for missed discounts are not possible, so please apply any offers at the time of checkout.
